WEEE Directive
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) 2002/96/EC sets collection, recycling and recovery targets for waste electrical and electronic equipment
Powerstax plc complies with the WEEE directive being registered (Registration Number AAA027) and having a licensed disposal process in place.
RoHS Directive
The European Union’s Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) 2002/95/EC Directive restricts the use of six hazardous materials in the manufacture of various types electrical and electronic equipment and took effect from 1st July 2006.
All relevant Powerstax products comply with the RoHS Directive.
