The Harsh environments where Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP), surface finishing and plating occur, need a robust, physically and electrically protected power solution.
FlexKraft power supplies are tough, robust and reliable, operating continuously at maximum output.
FlexKraft power supplies are protected from short circuits and excessive temperatures. Ripple is low, efficiency is above 90 % and, at any load, the power factor is >93%.
FlexKraft power supplies are available with single or dual output and provide current ratings of up to 30,000 Amps.
Good things come in small packages
FlexKraft power supplies are a good choice if you want to reduce space and cost. The compact design makes them easy to install and allows servicing from the front, saving maintenance time. They can be placed side by side or built on top of each other, making them easy to fit into your plant design and optimising floor space.
Each power supply consists of up to ten modules and two or more stacks can be connected to allow higher currents (30,000 A) and voltages (120VDC).
Thanks to the modular design you only pay for the power you need. If you need more power later on you can just add more modules.
The modular design allows FlexKraft to run on reduced power if a fault occurs in one module. Since the rectifier is operated from the front and can be serviced on site by a local electrician, downtime is kept to a minimum. This reduces the potentially high costs of a standstill and increases plant availability.
FlexKraft has independent settings for currents and voltage and you can alter the set changes during operation. In short, FlexKraft is whatever you want it to be – and it is designed for 24 hour operation at maximum load at 40 degrees C ambient.
